Created by Tryon Distributing, the Regulate, Don't Ruin campaign is a public awareness and advocacy initiative that supports sensible regulation of hemp-derived consumable products — age restrictions, testing, labeling, and licensing — while opposing measures like HB 328 that go far beyond regulation and instead eliminate the legal market altogether. Campaign supporters argue North Carolina can protect consumers and keep a legal, regulated hemp beverage industry operating in the state at the same time.
